Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admission in Karnataka

The Candidate seeking MBBS Admission in Karnataka Medical Colleges, he/she has to follow below criteria:-

• Passed second PUC or 10+2 or equivalent examination recognized by State / Central Government, the last two years of study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject.
• Passed these subjects (PCB) individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB (40% in the case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State).
• Complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of Admission.
• Must appear in the NEET-UG Exam and should have Qualifying Marks.

MBBS Counseling in Karnataka

MBBS Counseling in Karnataka is conducted under the supervision of Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) Bangalore is the regulatory body for Registration, Document Verification, Choice Filling, Seat Allotments, etc.

Candidates are granted Admission to undergraduate Medical and Dental courses on the basis on NEET-UG score. Karnataka Examinations Authority is not conducting the Entrance Exam for MBBS and BDS admissions.
